Our 2-bedroom townhomes (The Station) start at $2,495/month. Our 3-bedroom townhomes (The Commuter and The Platform) are $2,895/month. All homes include an attached garage, private balcony, and in-unit washer/dryer.

Yes! We welcome up to 2 pets per home. There is a $300 pet deposit and $50/month pet rent per pet. Some breed restrictions apply.

Applicants must have a combined household income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent & utilities. For example, a $2,495/month unit requires a minimum income of approximately $6,238/month.
